Successful covid free season

We are delighted to announce that there were no any Covid – 19 cases in the Pomegranate Wellness Spa Hotel neither through the guests nor through the employees, and despite everything the season ended up successfully.

This was achieved in a result of a united and disciplined cross-departmental teamwork in cooperation with the guests who gave us all possible assistance.

Special thanks to all the guests who sincerely appreciated all our efforts to make their holidays safe, and gave us the opportunity to provide them with the best possible service.

Currently, our team is getting ready for the new season, preparing more flexible strategy, modifying the cancellation and payment policies to provide guests with the flexible options to simplify the booking process and to make it more comfortable with easy reservation advantage.

Season Opening 2020

Dear valued Guests!
We are delighted to announce the opening of Pomegranate Wellness Spa Hotel on July 01, 2020.
Our team is ready to welcome you complying the necessary prescriptions and safety regulations, and to follow all the guidelines according to WHO and relevant institutions. We make every effort to provide you with the most comfortable and safe holidays.

In order to facilitate the process of new reservations, the cancellation policy has been changed to the following:

  • Reservations with Special Offers can be canceled 15 days before arrival
  • Fully Flexible reservations can be canceled 7 days before arrival
  • Existing reservations can be canceled 48 hours before arrival (in case of any restrictions to be applied) and a personalized voucher will be issued accordingly.

Update 30/04/2020 

We continue to follow the latest governmental regulations and recommendations from the World Health Organization. Our first commitment is the health and well-being of our guests. 

Please, be kindly informed that we have changed the cancellation policy for all the direct reservations, in order to offer you as much flexibility and planning comfort as possible. Following the Government Order, the appropriate personalized vouchers will be issued and sent to our guests accordingly.  Under the conditions of the vouchers guests will be able to cancel reservations 48 hours before the arrival date and use it to change the dates of the stay.

The aforementioned voucher with uploaded credit is valid within 18 months, for the seasons of 2020 and 2021 accordingly. Our dedicated Reservations Department will assist you with further alternative options, processing your requests and changing the dates in conformity with your preferences.

We would like to thank you for being with us in this tough times, which many counties worldwide are passing through, because of the global situation challenge with COVID-19. All your support, loyalty and special attitude are precious for us.
